Discretion, in writing
Last updated 7 October 2026
A good concierge remembers how you take your coffee and forgets everything else. This page sets out what Voya Vacations keeps when you speak with us, why we keep it, and how you can ask us to let it go.
What we keep
- Your conversation with the concierge. The words you type or speak, so the concierge can answer them and suggest somewhere worth going.
- Your email address, only if you leave it with us — to tell you when the concierge is back at the desk, or to send an itinerary you asked for.
- Anonymous visit counts. How many people visited which page, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you.
Your voice
When you tap the microphone, your browser turns speech into text on your device or through its own speech service. Voya never receives or stores a recording — only the words that land in the input, and only once you choose to send them.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your details. We do not share your plans with hotels, airlines or anyone else until you ask us to book something, and then only what that booking needs. We do not build an advertising profile of you.
Who helps us
The concierge’s replies are written by a language model reached through a trusted provider, which processes your message to answer it and does not keep it to train its models. The site is hosted by Vercel; email sign-ups are stored with Google Firebase.
How long we keep it
Conversations are not saved once you leave the page. Email addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Asking us to forget
Write to concierge@voyavacations.com and we will tell you what we hold and delete it within thirty days. You will hear back from a person.
