The fine print, kept fine

These terms apply when you use voyavacations.com and when you ask Voya Vacations to plan or arrange travel. They are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask the concierge, or write to concierge@voyavacations.com.

What the concierge is

The concierge on this site suggests places, stays and journeys. Its suggestions are a beginning, not a booking: prices, availability and opening seasons change, and nothing is held for you until a member of our travel team confirms it in writing.

Planning and booking

• A bespoke itinerary carries a planning fee, agreed with you before we begin and credited against your trip.
• A booking is confirmed once you have accepted our written proposal and paid the deposit it states.
• Hotels, airlines and guides you travel with are independent; their own terms apply to their services.

Changes and cancellations

You may change or cancel at any time. What it costs depends on the suppliers involved and how close you are to departure; your proposal sets this out line by line before you pay anything. If we must change a confirmed arrangement, we will offer an equal or better alternative or a full refund of that part.

Travel documents and insurance

Passports, visas and health requirements are yours to hold, though we will always tell you what we know a destination asks for. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the moment you book.

Our responsibility

We take care in everything we arrange and accept responsibility for our own mistakes. We are not liable for the acts of independent suppliers, or for events no one could reasonably prevent — weather, strikes, closures, or acts of state.
